Cant seem to join the server

For some reason, everytime I connect to the SAMP server, it is stuck on the connecting part, any solutions?

We are trying to resolve this problem. We don't know exactly what caused this, but we'll fix it ASAP.

Maybe something happend there

The server is located at the United Kingdom, not where I am. I'm trying to reply to all the messages regarding to this. And that is not the problem, it is the IRC plugin.
