Unfairness

I have just noticed the player, 'Melvin_Harris' also known as 'Big Smoke' has got level seven, this is not fair and he should not DESERVE this because of his poor roleplay and disobeying orders; this also includes constant kicks from the administration team.

Please put him down to a level 4 or 5.
