Probably, Mike tried to add the IRC plugin again.

Moved to the right section, no Mike didn't add the IRC plugin. It must be a broken code with the unbanip command.

No, as Matt stated, I didn't add the IRC plugin. It is absolutely the /unbanip command. The Lan.amx filterscript almost made the server crash. Right now, the 2nd day, the server is maxed out to 100% on its CPU.
