Fixed harsh statements, for example:

"You can't show your badge to yourself, dumbass!"
"You forgot the tools, dumbass!"
"You can't show your ID to yourself, dumbass!"

Government News Announcement is replaced with Public Service Announcement and replaced all ranks
in the Public Service Announcement system with Law Enforcement Officer due to the bugs.

Removed gas system as it was buggy.

More maps in Fort Carson will be mentioned on the next update note.

Looking forward to the new patches!

Suggestions: Add a mat running route in the Fort because were going to be sticking around there for a while and add all the faction sections on the forum.
